Another dismal performance by England?

2-0 to Crotia. Absolutley useless. It's a tragedy when you look at the great individuals that we have in the england team and we simply cannot perform. Something is very wrong. I think it's simply a case of not being able to play as a team? Maybe a new manager is the answer, although I kinda hoped that Terry Venables would be the underlying influence. This whole situation just gets from bad to worse.

The World Cup was a letdown & I fear the rest of international football is going the same way.....

A Hearty Hello

As the creator of this blog, I thought it best to start with a few words...
In answer to the question, Why am I doing this? I think the best answer is simply, because I can. Like everybody else who works & pays bills, it's nice to have an outlet, a blank canvas where you can say what you want & listen & understand from everybody involved.

Who am I?
Well, to cut a very long story short, I'm 33, very happily married & a very proud father of 1 (so far!). I have a good job & enjoy my life! (although, I wish I had some more free time to spend with my family & friends).

What am I about?
Very much an advocate of free speech. I beleive in technology & it's potential to bring people together, although at the same time, I have sceptical beleifs on how such technology will be an impairement in terms of the furture generations abilty to develop interpersonal skills. I have no firm political beliefs other than I don't trust any politicans & am a strong believer that too much power corrupts (absolutley).

I believe in love, freindship & integrity. I believe that we live in a selfish society that is slowly manifesting itself into a secular, insular belief system. I believe we can all do soo much more to help our fellow man/woman. I believe our care of children should be paramount & we should strive to focus our energies in ensuring that they have best health, education & security provisions in their life.

I intend to keep an eye on this blog & hopefully meet people who have interesting opinions on a wide variety of different subjects. As I stated earlier.. this is open to all....
